Macroseismic questionnaire

The Portuguese Institute of Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) wishes to map the extent of the effects of felt earthquakes.

If an earthquake was felt in the area where you are, your answer to this questionnaire is important to us, even if you didn't feel it!

Answer as completely as possible based on your own experience and not relatively to other people's experiences.

Throughout the questionnaire, you can write specific and general comments.

The personal data collected is exclusively used for the eventual confirmation of the information entered, and is not intended for any other purpose.
